padan muka aku...

tadi setelah sekian lama tak timbang masa awal bulan puasa 115kg..  dan buat tak tahu pasal berat badan..ita naik  sekarang berat ita 120.4kg...bersaksikan jai dan ayu yg melihat timbang ..rasa sayup aje..selama ne diet naik nya..selejap aje..ita ne hangat-hangat tahi ayam..so mcm malas aje.dan ...ne percubaan yg terakhir lah kot...so..try puasa lah ne..nak ganti puasa selama 14 hari ne...

  1. insyaAllah... everything must be consistent.

    plus, u need to be persistent with everything you do. don't take everything so laid back. I mean it for your health. Having 3-digits of body weight isn't a good news.

    I know, life just once. we would like to spend it to the fullest but what's life if you are suffering.

    I'm sorry but I'm the kind of person who keep my stamina and be fit. i chose stairs rather than lifts. i chose walking rather than buses.
